I browsed the different sections for a while before making my final selections. I always took my time, carefully reading over each selection and deciding if I should waste my time on this type of literature. Their politics section was definitely lacking and I would be sure to bring this up to the clerk.


“Hey there, Becca,” I greeted the pretty clerk as I walked up to the checkout counter. I put the books I intended to purchase on the counter.


Today I would get her to talk to me. I would get her to notice me and pay attention. I mean, why the hell wouldn’t she right? I mean, c'mon, I am a catch!


I had always admired her from afar but she wouldn’t ever budge. What was her deal? I wasn’t going to bite. Although, the idea was appetizing, that wasn’t my sort of thing.


“Bella.”
“Hmm?” What did she say?
“Bel-la,” she repeated herself but slower as she tapped her fingertips against her silver-plated nametag. “My name is Bella.”
“Oh,” Crap, “Sorry. I thought it was—"
“It’s fine.” She sighed, taking the books from the counter and reviewing them before entering a few codes into the computer screen. “So, did you find everything you were looking for?”

• Summary:  Bella Swan is a sucker for a guy dressed all in black and Edward Masen is that guy.  Whether Bella knows it or not, he's going to change her outlook on life, love and everything in between as she goes from a young girl to a grown woman.

She thought she was going to lose her breath.  Suddenly, she felt slightly light-headed; her heart was beating out of control.  Whenever his green eyes into her brown ones, she felt as if he was pouring into her soul.  His eyes were clearly trying to tell her something, she just needed to figure what that was.  She didn't really know and she was okay with that.  He reached up and rubbed the back of his knuckles against her cheek.  Her face was involuntarily moving towards his hand, letting him almost up it, the warmth of his hand heating up the coolness of her cheek.

It was in the moment, they both could not deny that something was changing between them.  They both had never been this close to anyone else before.  It was an unspoken agreement that they were going into uncharted territory with one another.

So, I posted a teaser yesterday with The Fictionators's Teaser Monday for the upcoming Chapter 4 for Interviews & Evaluations which is presently untitled. Here it is:

I immediately began to think of the night at the bar on San Jacinto Boulevard and Keeton Street.  I had played a full set of songs and received a warm response from the crowd.

Sorry, couldn’t help that one.. it just came out.  Anywho, just wanted to let you all know that the story has finally been posted.  I was assured that the problem was not me [Umm, no!! Of course not!], that FFnet was actually having their own problems LOL  So, I finally got a chance to upload and it’s there for all to see.


I hope you all like it.  I must say it is liberating to write something that you care about & to just post it out there for all to see.  It’s a really weird feeling.


Also, guess what?  The story already has a banner.  How awesome is that?  Special thanks to the awesome @candykizzes24 for all her hard work in putting this together, she did a great job!

So.... um... Where's the story?!

Yeah, well, that’s a good question!

So, I’m a new fan fiction writer and I tried uploading my story last night (*gasps* IKR?!?) & ran into a big snafu, so I wasn’t able to upload after all.  I’m quite peeved, let me tell you, but I'm not going to give up and will give it another try again tonight.

Howdy-do:

So, I’m in the process of doing some writing (at least trying to at the moment).  I honestly can’t wait to post and I’m very, very nervous so just bear with me LOL

Today, I took a little break from the writing world and decided to make a little something for you to show you all where I’m headed with this story.

Second, good luck!  I’m trying something new here, so please bear with me.


As an avid blogger, I’ve been down this road before a time… or three… but never tried anything like this before.  I’m trying this whole fan fiction world out as a writer and you are more than welcome to come along for the ride.

I’m a big fan of Twilight and religiously addicted to reading Twilight FF, so why the heck not jump around with everyone else and give it a try?!  Duh.
