By all means, this isn't an April Fool's Day joke!  This is for real!  My apologies on the wait, I'm really sorry about that!  I hope you find that it was worth it!

Here's the teaser I posted with The Fictionators:

The pasta that sat in the art deco bowl before me made my taste buds salivate. I couldn’t wait to dive in and taste it. Before our waitress took off to her station, she grated fresh parmesan cheese over our entrees.

We were commenting on how everything looked so tasty and had begun to dig in. I had just swallowed a bit of my food and had barely taken a drink to wash it down when Ali decided to just come out of left field and surprised me with her topic of choice.

“So, you and Edward, huh?” She asked with a wink and playful poke of her fork in the air towards me. As my brain went blurry on her question, I could have sworn I heard her meow at me. What the hell, Alice?

I choked, putting my goblet of water down, “Wh-what?”

“It’s okay; he told me all about it.” She replied with a big smile, shrugging her shoulders.

Oh, my God, no… no… “What?” I wiped my mouth with my napkin, placing it back in my lap.

“Don’t worry; it’s not a big deal.” Um, it’s a very big deal!

“Oh, my God, Alice, what did he say?” I tried to play it off as I looked down at my plate. Hopefully, she didn’t know everything.

Of course I would tell her… when the time was right, but not now.

I had this song in my head the whole time while writing this song.  It's mainly the chorus that was the inspirational part, not the whole song in its entirety.

Checking My Pulse, Charitable Causes & Important Info

Hi, everyone!

Yes!  I'm still here & I'm not giving up!!  Real life has been crazy nuts-- if you follow me on Twitter, you know this already so I hope I'm not repeating myself too much.

To show you how busy I've been, I'm happy to let you know that I have signed up for two more charitable events.  Those events are:  The Fandom Gives Back for their spotlight on Autism & the other for Fandom for Tsunami benefiting the relief efforts in Japan!

So, some of you may have noticed, I posted a teaser for the next chapter of Interviews & Evaluations earlier this week. This is no lie, it is true.  I'm still in the works for finishing this chapter up and it will be posted ASAP. I apologize for the wait!!


Also!!  For those who you who don't know, you can now find I&E over at Twilighted!  I'm slowly but surely posting the chapters there, so please be patient with me!  I'm just so darn excited to share the news with you all!  Yay!  Check it out!

Recently, I had the honor of being interviewed by one of my great friends for her blog.  SparklingWand has started a feature on her blog where she blast the spotlight on fellow authors.  This week, she picked me (seriously?!?!?! Teaser: Chapter 3 of Interviews & Evaluations

So, I posted a teaser today with The Fictionators today for the upcoming Chapter 3 for Interviews & Evaluations which is presently titled "Hit The Wall":

We continued on with the meeting, I began to sign some preliminary paperwork and they agreed that I could take the rest home to have it looked over by a lawyer.

What they didn’t need to know is that said lawyer was my boyfriend. That’ll be my little secret.
They also informed me that I would need to get a physical to finalize the contract. Oh, boy. Nothing that excited me more than getting poked and prodded by a doctor I didn’t know with cold hands.

Hi, again!  So sorry it's been awhile!

Chapter 2 ("Brick by Brick") has finally been posted and I'm sending off my Chapter 3 teaser to The Fictionators as soon as I'm through posting this!

Sorry, couldn’t help that one.. it just came out.  Anywho, just wanted to let you all know that the story has finally been posted.  I was assured that the problem was not me [Umm, no!! Of course not!], that FFnet was actually having their own problems LOL  So, I finally got a chance to upload and it’s there for all to see.


I hope you all like it.  I must say it is liberating to write something that you care about & to just post it out there for all to see.  It’s a really weird feeling.


Also, guess what?  The story already has a banner.  How awesome is that?  Special thanks to the awesome @candykizzes24 for all her hard work in putting this together, she did a great job!

Yeah, well, that’s a good question!

So, I’m a new fan fiction writer and I tried uploading my story last night (*gasps* IKR?!?) & ran into a big snafu, so I wasn’t able to upload after all.  I’m quite peeved, let me tell you, but I'm not going to give up and will give it another try again tonight.

As an avid blogger, I’ve been down this road before a time… or three… but never tried anything like this before.  I’m trying this whole fan fiction world out as a writer and you are more than welcome to come along for the ride.
